Please read the following instructions before filling the SDP scholarship application form:

• Complete all the sections in full using CAPITAL letters using a ball point/gel pen.
• Submit the application with the following documents:
  • Valid Identification – For example, Driver’s License, One recent passport size color photograph.
  • Photocopy of the: First two pages of the applicant’s bank passbook. Please note that the bank account should be in the name of the applicant or Parent/Guardian.
  • USA - Grade 12 certificate; India - Grade 10 certificate.

Applicants are encouraged to apply before the deadline date.

SDP Education Scholarship Terms:

Please read the following terms and conditions in its entirety:

• Submission of the application indicates that you have accepted the SDP Education Scholarship terms herein.
• The application form is for applying for a scholarship under the ‘SDP Education’ program for the year 2019-20 and is for students who wish to pursue higher education (USA - grade 12), (India-grade 10) in any discipline of a minimum of four years degree in the USA or three years' degree in India.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • The Scholarship program is available to students from USA and India.
  • Applicants must have completed their (USA - grade 12) (India - grade 10) to be eligible for applying.
• Have been enrolled in a full-time degree program in 2019-20 at an accredited college/university and an educational institution recognized by the Department (or Ministry of) Education.
• Any application that does not meet the prerequisites is likely to be rejected.
• Sai Datta Peetham (SDP) reserves the sole right to offer the scholarship and also has the right to modify/reject/withdraw and/or discontinue the scholarship without assigning any reason.
• No other body/agency is authorized to make any offer for the SDP Education Scholarship.
